Educator Data Resources

Please see the Data Guidance for Students¡¯ Equitable Access to Effective Educators. The data guidance is to assist Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to identify disproportionality of educator qualifications and student access rate to educator qualifications. The data guidance is to support LEAs in their efforts to comply with federal requirements [].

The data guidance draws on data from multiple sources. The data can be found on the Washington State Report Card, the Teacher Qualification Comparison Workbook, and other OSPI data portals.

UPDATE: Due to a high volume of requests, OSPI is prioritizing requests from agency and legislative staff. If you are not affiliated with the agency or the Legislature, your request will be handled as capacity allows starting from February 2025. Please check OSPI's Data Portal for all publicly available data reports. A request only needs to be submitted for data that is not already available through the Data Portal.
